Stopped by for Jerseys Mikes and saw Salsa Fresh next door and decided to give them a try. The burrito was huge! I couldn’t finish it. The guy who took our order was very friendly and helpful as we had never been before. We’re originally from the West Coast and the atmosphere felt a little more like home.
Salsa Fresh is one of my favorite go-to lunch spots! I always order the Bueno Chicken Burrito and it is consistently delicious. It is made with good quality chicken, pico, and guacamole. The chips are also great quality and always fresh. My favorite salsa is the Spicy Avocado (it IS spicy, be warned). My friend ordered the chicken nachos which were excellent as well.

It's definitely fast food, but even the sit-down experience was very chill. BYOB and tamales were definitely solid choices. Love the fresh ingredients as well as the portions and price!
I got the fajita burrito and fresh is definitely how I would describe it. Service was fine. It reminds me of a hole in the wall place in California with a similar atmosphere. Just don't expect anything fancy. Simple, fresh, and a good price. You can't find many of these spots anymore.
My favorite Mexican restaurant in Raleigh. I don’t get here as often as I did in my twenties and thirties but it’s still the exact same deliciousness. The salsa is made FRESH daily and the burritos are HUGE (I could only eat half today). Highly recommend.
The chairs are heavy and very noisy to move to the point of disturbing others if done excessively. Put that aside. I will definitely go back. I have been to this location many times...I only get the chicken quesadillas because those are so good.
I eat there several times a month and the grande burrito. Always delicious, prepared to order. Service is friendly, outside seating.
